A. Corporate members

FELLOWS (F.T.A.M)
(Entrance Fee RM30 + Annual Subscription RM 80)
i. Not less than thirty five (35) years of age
ii. Recognized professional qualification
iii. At least (5) of higher position in responsibility in technical employment
iv. Been members at least five (5) years of Technological Association Malaysia

MEMBERS (M.T.A.M)
(Entrance Fee RM30 + Annual Subscription RM 50)
Shall be those who are in position of necessary academic and/or professional qualification as per schedule
i. Diploma, Degree and in Technical Employment
ii. Certificate and in Technical Employment for at least three (3) years

B. Non-Corporate Members
GRADUATE MEMBERS (Grad T.A.M)
(Entrance Fee RM30 + Annual Subscription RM 40)
Diploma and certificate with completed two (2) years course of instruction

ASSOCIATES (Assoc. T.A.M)
(Entrance Fee RM30 + Annual Subscription RM 30)
Associates shall be those who are keenly interested in the Technological Association

STUDENT MEMBERS (Stud T.A.M)
(Entrance Fee WAIVED)
i. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or recognized equivalent or studying at recognised institution and
ii. Under his/her 30th year of age

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERSHIP
(Entrance Fee RM500 + Annual Subscription RM100)
Shall be open to those firms, companies, institutions, institutions and quasi-government bodies permitting group membership and who employ technical who are interested.

A: Fellow/Member/Graduate Member or Associate
1. Scan true copy for all relevant Academic Qualifications/Professional Qualifications or any others relevant certification
2. Applicant passport size photo.
3. Scan copy of NRIC
(IMPORTANT: Cross your IC and write "For TAM application ONLY", under no circumstances will TAM be held responsible or liable in any way for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever if your NRIC is not crossed and stamped with "For TAM application ONLY")
4. Scan copy of Bank in Slip.
Bank into AC No:014169506507, MAYBANK under the name of "Technological Association Malaysia".
(Write applicant name on the Bank in slip, if the application is unsuccessful, refund of the payment will be based on the name and account number attached)

B:For student application
1. Scan copy of student identification card and SPM certificate.
2. Applicant passport size photo
3. Scan copy of NRIC

C. For Institutional Membership
1. Company logy in JPG format
2. Scan copy of Bank in Slip.
Bank into AC No:014169506507, MAYBANK under the name of "Technological Association Malaysia".
(Write applicant name on the Bank in slip, if the application is unsuccessful, refund of the payment will be based on the name and account number attached)
